The King of the Ring pay per view comes on the air. We see Vince McMahon and Dok Hendrix standing at ringside with microphones in hand.
Vince McMahon: Welcome everyone to the King of the Ring pay per view! We have a loaded show for you tonight. It's the King of the Ring Tournament and it is going to be wild.
Dok Hendrix: That's right Vince, we have a great show for you tonight. Let's not waste anymore time and go to our first match of the evening. It's a King of the Ring Tournament - it's Hunter Hearst Helmsley taking on Diesel!
Match # 01 - King of the Ring Tournament Match - Hunter Hearst Helmsley -versus- Diesel
The match started with Hunter Hearst Helmsley attacking Diesel before the bell. He hit him with a lot of punches until Diesel fought back and punched Hunter in the face. Diesel grabbed him and whipped him into the ropes and gave the running Helmsley a running knee to the head. Helmsley rolled out of the ring to collect himself. Diesel went out of the ring and went to throw Helmsley into the ring. Helmsley stopped him and irish whipped him into the steel guard rail. He then tossed the hurt Diesel into the ring. He grabbed Diesel, lifted him up and gave him a Pedigree in the middle of the ring. The referee was in position and counted the three. Hunter Hearst Helmsley moves on to the next round in the King of the Ring Tournament.
Match # 02 - King of the Ring Tournament Match - Bam Bam Bigelow -versus- Razor Ramon
Bam Bam Bigelow and Razor Ramon start off the match circling the ring. They lock up and Razor Ramon puts on a side headlock. Bam Bam Bigelow gives him three elbows to the stomach and then pushes him into the ropes. Bam Bam Bigelow gives him a big shoulder tackle. He then bounces off the ropes and gives Ramon a big splash for a near fall. Bam Bam Bigelow picks him up by the hair and whips him hard into the turnbuckle. Razor Ramon hits the turnbuckle hard. He then charges at him and gives him a big splash. He goes for the cover but Razor Ramon kicks out at two. Bam Bam picks him up and gives him a belly to belly suplex. Razor slowly crawls to the ropes and gets to his feet. Bam Bam Bigelow charges at him and clotheslines him over the top rope to the floor. Bam Bam then goes out of the ring and hot shots Razor Ramon on the guard rail.
